Bernie Journey Celebrates The GAP's 40th Anniversary! - Stamford, CT
For Immediate Release (New York, NY) - Bernie Journey presents his inspirational pop/dance music in celebration of the Gap's 40th anniversary during an up-close performance at the GAP, 100 Grey Rock Place, Stamford, CT on Thursday, August 20th, 2009 with a Free Live Show beginning at 7PM. Bernie Journey's self-titled debut CD and his sophomore release "The World in the Eye of the Beholder" will be available for purchase at this event which is open to the general public.
On August 20, 2009, every Gap store in the U.S. and Canada will simultaneously host an exclusive, live acoustic music night to celebrate Gap’s 40 years of heritage in jeans and music. Each store will feature a different musical group, with Bernie Journey chosen to perform in the Gap in Stamford, CT. Gap’s ties to music go back to its first store in San Francisco that opened 40 years ago selling jeans and records. Today, Gap continues to connect with people through music.
Bernie Journey's January 27, 2009 sophomore release "The World in the Eye of the Beholder" displays his infectious lyrics and hypnotic rhythms. All tunes were penned by the man himself with the hope that he might inspire others in life.
